*** CONTRACTORS BEWARE*** Our plumbing company performed service work clear back in July of 2025 that we are still owed payment for. Unfortunately we can no longer service this business until the invoice is paid in full.

We recently had our uncle at Pierpont Center and were greatly disappointed! He was only supposed to be there for a little rehab to get stronger with his walking. We were told 9-14 days. He was there 2 1/2 weeks and declined drastically. Got really confused and walked less and less. We had to ask for a urine test and blood to be done to see if there was an infection of some kind. He could barely feed himself on last couple days and they wouldn’t watch to make sure he ate. There were days we went in and he would be in same clothes for 3 days in a row. Finally I went in and he didn’t even know who I was and could barely open his eyes and they had a depends on him because he couldn’t get out of bed to go to bathroom. I told them I wanted him transported to hospital. You could tell they were upset with me. Three days later he passed away. He had pneumonia and had a stroke a couple weeks prior. And was aspirating everything he had been trying to eat and drink. He had missing clothes we had asked for when we picked up his stuff the day after we had him transported out and they said they would call us. We still have heard nothing. I am very disappointed. And the more people I talk to the more bad things I hear from other people that have had loved ones in here.

My grandmother needed iv antibiotics for 6 weeks and stayed at this facility. She went in walking with a cane and came out stuck in a wheel chair. She also had a terrible worst I’ve ever seen yeast infection because they didn’t change her or help her change enough. Her clothes would go missing and when she get them back they looked like they had been ran over. She started getting bed sores while staying there. DO NOT let your family members stay here as they will decline in health. They would be better off with no treatment than to stay at this facility.

We have a friend who is in Pierpont, from what she has told us about the care there, she would have been better off staying at home without any assistance. Hot meals are only talked about, a daily bath another dream. Hospice comes in once a week to bath her!! Activities, listent to the other patients screaming and hollering through out the day and half the night. DOn't bother calling there, they don't answer the phone and will not call you back if you leave a message. There is nothing we I can do because I am only a local friend. Please do yourself and your loved one a favor, go to a different nursing home.
